For Sale By Owner Assistance

Selling your home is one of the most important financial transactions you will make in your life.  Every home is different, and every home buyer wants to offer you as little as possible.  How do you determine the real market value?

Other questions to think about are: How am I going to market my home for sale?  Am I going to be available to personally answer potential buyers’ phone calls and be home to show them the property when their schedules permit? 

Then, if a potential buyer called or knocked on your door from the simple sign in your yard, how will you handle the following questions: 

  • "How did you determine the fair market value of your home?"
  • "How does your home compare to others like it in your neighborhood?"
  • “What did other houses recently sell for in the neighborhood?”
  • "If I would make an offer, who will draw up the paperwork and how is it processed?”
  • "What about financing? Can you help?"
  • "Why aren't you using a Realtor? Is there something wrong with the property?"
  • "Since you’re not using a Realtor, we can take their fee right off the top, right?" 

Almost all homes are sold using a Realtor.
